1. Do you travel outside of Utah?

Yes! While we’re based in Utah, we’re available to travel for corporate shoots, conferences, and events. Travel fees may apply depending on location, but we’ll work with you to keep it simple and transparent.

2. How long does a typical corporate session take?

Most corporate headshot sessions take between 15–20 minutes per person, while team and branding sessions can last a few hours depending on your needs. We’ll create a schedule that fits seamlessly into your workday.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that business schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust and make sure we can accommodate your new date.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Absolutely. All of our packages include high-resolution digital files with full usage rights for your business. We also offer professional printing options for marketing materials, office displays, and branded collateral if you’d like to bring your images off the screen.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You’ll typically receive your fully edited photos within 5–7 business days. For larger projects or events, we’ll provide a clear timeline up front so you know exactly when to expect your images.
